How Telehealth Works
Step 1: Enroll in Telehealth Direct.
Step 2: Create your account with our telehealth provider partner MeMD using the link provided after enrollment.
Step 3: Provide your information and the names of up to 5 additional loved ones (6 people total) who will have access.
Step 4: Read on to learn more about using the service.
1. Request A Medical Or Therapy Visit
To get started, log in to your account. Then, using your phone or computer you can select if you would like to have an urgent care, therapy, or psychiatry visit.
2. Speak With Your MeMD Provider
Discuss your health concern and treatment options with a board-certified medical provider, psychiatrist or therapist licensed to practice in your state.
3. Get The Care You Need
When medically necessary, your medical or psychiatric provider eprescribe a prescription which can be filled at your local pharmacy.
4. It’s That Easy
We're here 24/7/365 including nights, weekends & holidays. Ongoing therapy and psychiatry sessions can be scheduled with your same provider in as few as 24 hours.
